Making donations
Family Matters sees nearly 1000 children and adults a year and is constantly in need of funds to manage demand.
It costs us around £600 for 12 sessions of counselling. We need all the help we can get!
If you would like to donate to Family Matters you can do so simply by clicking this link and follow the instructions
Please be advised that Family Matters website donations are managed by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). For online donations you will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt from CAF confirming the details of your payment. Should you use this method of payment your Gift Aid declaration details will be processed in accordance to HMRC requirements by CAF (this takes approximately 4 – 6 weeks).
Once all the required CAF processes are complete, Family Matters will receive notification of your donation together with your contact details and a personalised letter of thanks from Family Matters will be sent to you.

Send a cheque by post to the Family Matters HQ.
Donations by cheque are processed directly by Family Matters and a personalised letter of thanks will be sent to you on receipt of your donation. If you are a tax payer please download and complete our Gift Aid declaration form and send it directly to Family Matters with your cheque.
