We can help
Anyone can be at risk from gang members, some young people are at greater risk than others and you may fall into this group. We recognise that gangs and violence that arise out of gang activity can have a devastating effect on individuals involved, their family members and communities.

You may find yourself being unable to protect yourself, your friends or your family members. Your home may even be used as a base for the gangs.

You may also find that because of certain reasons you have been drawn into criminal activities, we can discuss this with you and help put in place measures to ensure your future safety and that of your family members.

Free from judgement

We recognise that you may have been coerced or groomed into taking part in gang activities, so we aim to try and make it easier for you to access help, that may be with our service, or signposting onto another agency, that meets your more immediate needs.

We are not here to judge you, just to support you from further harm and violence and to ensure your safety needs are met at this time.

If you decide that you want to support a prosecution, we will help you understand the system and feel informed every step of the way.

We understand that issues are complex and therefore you will be treated as an individual and a tailored plan of support (which you are part of) will be put into place to suit your needs.

We will help you examine all the options open to you even if you do not wish to proceed to court.
