Letting the Future In (LTFI)
Specialist support for children and families after sexual abuse

At Family Matters, we offer Letting the Future In (LTFI) - a gentle, therapeutic programme to support children, young people and their families to begin healing after sexual abuse.

This is a trusted, evidence-based programme developed by the NSPCC.

💬 Who is it for?

  • Children and young people aged 4–17 (up to 19 with learning disabilities)
  • Those who have experienced sexual abuse (including online)
  • Families where a parent or carer can be involved
  • Siblings who may also be affected

💛 What we offer

  • A safe, supportive space for your child
  • One-to-one sessions with a trained therapist
  • Support for parents or carers
  • Optional support for siblings

We use child-friendly approaches like talking, play, and creative activities - always at your child’s pace.
